Designing your new or upgraded system begins with an initial onsite consultation with one of our seasoned Sales Representatives. Your system will be designed based on your personal requirements and a detailed proposal will be created for your review.
JS Audio Video prides itself on our white glove approach to all of our installations – professional , efficient and considerate. We focus on minimizing client disruption and quality assurance on all of our projects.
Our professionally trained technicians are able to begin support remotely, depending on your systems capabilities, and we can quickly diagnose system errors. If onsite assistance is required we are available for a service call and provide the fastest service to ensure you are functioning as soon as possible.
Extended Service Contracts
Our extended annual service contract includes the following:
Help Desk: Our technical staff will diagnose your problem over the phone during local business hours 8:30AM- 5:00PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
24 – Hour Response: For evenings and weekends you’ll have a guaranteed 24 – hour telephone response time
On – Site Service: If we cannot resolve the problem or isolate the cause remotely, a technician will be dispatched to further assist you.
Preventive Maintenance: One preventive maintenance visit per year by a JSAV trained service technician.
